 I, Paul Locatelli am the Broker, as well as, one of the owners of Lifestyles Real Estate. My company has 3 entities:  1. Residential sales division.  2.  Residential lending. 3. National and International development. I was born and raised in Santa Cruz County, have been married for 12 years, and have 3 beautiful children.  For over 8 years now, I have had the privilege of conducting business affairs within the real estate industry which has resulted in the production of over $240 million dollars closed in real estate transactions. This included condominiums, multi residential property, raw land, 160 condo conversion in Florida, residential property, and high end ocean front homes, one of which was the highest priced ever sold. 

Currently, I am involved in developing a 5 Star Resort in the southern zone of Costa Rica. We are building 126 Custom Balinese Homes that are situated along the Costa Rican coastline with breath taking ocean views. 

 I joined Oceanz3 for one main reason, change.  Ocean front property needs to be redirected in how it’s represented.  My main priority is and always has been my client, and putting their best interests first.
