Brian is a founding member of Lifestyles Real Estate in Santa Cruz, CA. which consists of three divisions: Residential Real Estate Sales, Commercial Real Estate Sales, and Residential Mortgage Lending. The Residential Real Estate Division covers the California market and focuses primarily on homes in Santa Cruz County. At present the sales team includes nineteen individuals with three times the average production of sales agents nationwide. Brain is also a founding member of OceanZ3. OceanZ3 the founders comprehensive knowledge of ocean front properties along the California Central Coast. On the personal side, Brian was born in Santa Clara and raised in Santa Cruz County. He attended Soquel High School, Cabrillo College and began his real estate career at the ripe old age of nineteen. Married to wife Heather and father to Kiana, Brian grew up on the beach in Capitola playing beach volleyball, He enjoys running, fishing, golf and traveling with the family.

Paul Locatelli is OceanZ3’ primary Broker, as well as a principal in Lifestyles Real Estate. For over 8 years Paul has had the pleasure of conducting business affairs within the real estate industry which has resulted in the production of over $240 million dollars closed in real estate transactions. This has included condominiums, multi residential property, raw land, 160 condo conversions in Florida, residential property, and high end ocean front homes, one of which was the highest price homes ever sold in Central California. Paul says he joined OceanZ3 for one reason, to redirect the way ocean front property is represented. “My main priority is and always has been my client, and putting their best interests first...” something that is not possible using the methods that have come to characterize other real estate practices.
In addition to his activities in on the Central Coast, Paul is involved in developing a 5-Star Resort in the southern zone of Costa Rica. The development team is building 126 Custom Balinese Homes that are situated along the Costa Rican coastline with breathtaking ocean views.
